Deposit Information & Cancellation Policy

Hunts are considered booked when hunt reservation form has been submitted and deposit has been recieved. If you wish to pay your deposit with a credit card online, you should use the other Hunt Reservation form. If you prefer to pay by cheque or money order, please complete this form and include the cheque # and amount you are sending for your deposit. You should send your deposit cheque right away as we can only hold your spot for a limited time. We will let you know when the deposit is recieved. All deposits are non-refundable. We recommend cancellation insurance in case of illness or injury.
