Meet our Pro Staff
Mark and Andrea are parents to 4 boys! Not only are they raising a tribe, they own & operate BC Guide Outfitters and affiliated companies. They have a passion for the outdoors and are living their dream of running their Guide Outfitting business in the wilds of Beautiful British Columbia. Mark currently serves as Vice President of the Guide Outfitters Association of BC and sits as a Director for the BC Fishing Resorts and Outfitter Asso. Mark & Andrea are known for their sincere Canadian hospitality and making clients feel right at home.
Cowboy "T" Roy. Troy has always been a favorite to many clients, he has a laid back sense of humor and has won the "largest game" buckles year after year! Troy is the winner of the Moose buckle for Backcountry for 2007 and has tied with Graham Markland for the "biggest Black Bear" buckle.
We welcomed Tim Hilton as our newest guide to BC Guide Outfitters. Tim’s hunters were pleased this fall with big success on Moose & Bear! Tim’s sense of humor was welcomed in camp . Tim is a true sportsman and we welcome him to our Prostaff.
Leona is one of the greatest camp cooks and we are pleased to have her as part of our pro staff. Come prepared to add a couple extra notches on your belt! You'll be having second helpings and dessert every night!
Bernie is an author, trapper, outfitter, river man, cabin builder, and wilderness explorer. Bernie is a favorite amongst clients. He has a great sense of humor and a passion for the outdoors. Anyone lucky enough to be guided by Bernie will experience the outdoors through his passion.
Trevor MacFarlane was raised in a Outfitting family in New Brunswick. His knowledge of Moose hunting was apparent last season with the Trophy Class animals harvested. Trevor’s sense of humor added to his natural hunting instinct is a sure hit for clients.
John Schapansky, a lifelong resident of BC, has been hunting and guiding from a young age. John started his hunting career in the Yukon with a renown white sheep Outfitter. After hearing about our trophy Bear hunting John now spends his spring guiding Trophy black bear hunts with our Outfit. John’s experience and ability is apparent to all that hunt with him. We expect that John will be a long term member of our elite Prostaff and a future field writer for our magazine.
